PREVIOUS: VDOT reports an accident has blocked all eastbound lanes of Orange Avenue in northeast Roanoke between the 13th Street and Gus Nicks Boulevard stoplights. Roanoke Police are establishing detours in that area, and it is clear that anyone heading away from downtown Roanoke on Orange Avenue may encounter significant delays until further notice.
