For the next month, anyone can apply to receive funding to help Roanoke County Parks and Recreation improve county-owned outdoor areas. The county’s Parks and Recreation Department says the County Capital Improvement Incentive Fund is a way for people in the community to help make improvements to recreation areas of their choice.
