WSET-TV reports meteorologist and web producer Jamey Singleton continues to improve — now out of intensive care but still listed in guarded condition. Singleton was injured in an accident last week when his car crossed the center line on Route 122 in Bedford County and into the path of an oncoming delivery truck.

Roanoke, VA – Good news to report Monday on the condition of ABC 13 web producer and meteorologist Jamey Singleton.
Singleton’s family said he is now out of the intensive care unit at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital. His condition is now guarded.
Singleton’s family would also like to clarify that posts sent out on his Facebook page and Twitter were not directly from Jamey. They were automated posts on weather conditions, not to be confused with his own forecast.
The Singleton family also said they are thankful for the thoughts, prayers and cards they have received.
