The trooper who tracked down the gunman responsible for killing slain WDBJ7 journalists Alison Parker and Adam Ward was honored this week at the International Chiefs of Police Conference in Chicago, Ill. State Trooper Pam Neff was given the Golden Camera Award which recognizes her work using license plate technology to quickly catch up to the shooter and end the manhunt.
