Three members of Virginia Tech’s Corps of Cadets receive a special honor and will have an usual role to play at next week’s Sugar Bowl. Cadets Dustin Caranci, Austin Burns and Brett Cowell will be with the Hokies football team in New Orleans and will go to practices, eat with the team and participate in many other activities.
