State forestry officials say the Poor Mountain brush fire is 100% contained. Now they’re trying to determine how it started, and as WFIR’s Evan Jones reports, they believe the cause is human-related.

The fire burned about 20 acres after starting Friday afternoon near the base of Poor Mountain. Weekend rains helped keep the fire from spreading even further. State Forestry Department officials say while the fire may be fully contained, they would like to see some more rainfall before declaring it out and posing no further danger.
