Need for bird aviary highlighted by today’s release

Officials releasing two red-shouldered hawks at the Merriman Soccer Complex this afternoon say the birds would have been ready a lot sooner if litigation wasn’t preventing the construction of a bird aviary. WFIR’s Ian Price has more.
