Darlene Lewis says she is running as a Democrat (corrected) in the 8th District against Republican Delegate Joe McNamara, who must run again this fall (he took Greg Habeeb’s place in December after he retired early). Lewis is the co-founder of Hope Center on 11th Street NW.
