Martinsville revisits emergency plans after fatal Pocono lightning strike

Martinsville Speedway officials say they have emergency plans ready — and control centers in operation — for every race. But Sunday’s fatal lightning strike at another NASCAR race leads them to revisit those plans. WFIR’s Evan Jones has the story.
