Fire season nears: outdoor burning restrictions take effect Tuesday

As temperatures begin to rise, so do the chance of wildfires in Virginia. And starting Tuesday, Virginia’s annual restrictions on open outdoor fires take effect. News/Talk 960’s Evan Jones has the story.
