Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli is appealing a judge’s order that prevents absentee ballots from being mailed out yet for Virginia’s March 6th presidential primary. On the same day, the Virginia ACLU filed a legal brief in support of the four Republican candidates challenging the state’s nominating petition requirements. The latest from WFIR’s Evan Jones.
