Along with a rebranding came team-building for a regional bank with six locations in Roanoke. And with some help from Cardinal Bicycle, the Rescue Mission of Roanoke now has 21 new bikes that guests at the shelter can use to get around town. The story from WFIR’s Gene Marrano:
