AAA reports average gas prices have declined for seven straight days this month — a time when they typically are rising. In Virginia, they dropped an average of four cents a gallon last week. It’s mainly the result of an unseasonable glut of gasoline in the U.S. market, and that brings prices down. WFIR’s Evan Jones has the story.
