Apple crop is way early in this most unusual of years

Virginia apple growers say they’ve never seen a year like this, but it is nonetheless looking like a good one. Unusual events include a very warm winter, the 17-year-cicadas and one of the hottest Julys on record. WFIR’s Evan Jones has the story.
