The Foundation for Roanoke Valley has a new $750,000 endowment in hand to administer college scholarships for Roanoke City Public Schools graduates. It comes thanks to a single bequest that was presented to the city’s public school system which asked the foundation to handle it. WFIR’s Evan Jones has more.
