Leaders at Virginia Western Community College say yesterday’s dedication of its newest building reflects Western’s increased opportunities in higher education. The college named its new Center for Science and Health Professions after the Fralin family — 13 months after the Horace G. Fralin Charitable Trust pledged $5 million in new scholarships.
