Tomorrow’s Veterans Day observance at the National D-Day Memorial in Bedford will include many school students — with the hope that younger Americans can fully understand the day’s history and meaning. WFIR’s Evan Jones has more.

Memorial Director of Education April Cheek-Messier says it’s part of their year-round effort to let vets know their service is appreciated. The Veterans Day observance begins at 11:00 am.
