The VDH today reported 1,712 new coronavirus cases, 69 new hospitalizations, and 1 new virus related statewide. State health officials reported 49 new cases, 2 hospitalizations but no new deaths among Roanoke City, Salem, and Roanoke and Botetourt Counties.
