Bedford County Sheriff’s Office is attempting to to find a missing 16-year old by the name of Joseph Frank. He was last seen at his residence in Bedford County yesterday. It is speculated he’s driving a silver 2002 Honda Accord, with his phone pinging in West Virginia. He’s described as 5-foot-10, 155-pounds, white, with dirty blonde hair and blue eyes.
