From Roanoke City Police: On April 26, 2014 at 11:19 a.m. Roanoke Police were dispatched to Valley View Mall to investigate after employees arrived at three stores inside the mall and reported burglaries. The stores were Journeys, Claire’s, and Flip Flop Shop. The stores were Journeys, Claire’s, and Flip Flop Shop. At this point in the investigation, all three burglaries appear to be related. The suspect took money from all three stores. The suspect appears to be a white male with a goatee. Anyone with information that might help investigators is encouraged to call the Roanoke Valley Crime Line at 540-344-8500. Tips are anonymous and rewards are offered for the right information.
