From Virginia State Police: A wanted sex offender was taken into custody Friday morning (April 24) by Sr. Trooper D.R. Hubert with the Virginia State Police Sex Offender Investigative Unit. When Nathan W. Millirons failed to turn himself into authorities for a probation violation in February, state police initiated an investigation to locate him. The investigation led troopers to a residence in the 6900 block of Booker T. Washington Highway in Wirtz, Va., where Millirons was taken into custody without incident. Millirons is currently being held at Franklin County Jail without bond. He is now charged with failing to register his new address, living in proximity of a daycare center, and living in proximity of an elementary school.
