When the Zac Brown band came to Salem Stadium this spring, the stage was a big one. The city was familiar with the stage provider .and comfortable the structure itself was adequately tested. But Director of Civic Facilities Carey Harveycutter says the Indiana collapse raises the bar for all outdoor concert sites with big stages. They are certain, he says, to pay particular attention action plans when severe weather hits.
