Norfolk-Southern and Operation Lifesaver are joining forces this week to raise public awareness about safety at railroad crossings. A special “safety train,” will travel from Tennessee, making stops on Thursday and Friday in Radford, Roanoke and Lynchburg. WFIR’s Gene Marrano has more:
