A full-length feature film shot mostly shot at Explore Park will premier this weekend in Roanoke. K.C. Bratton, chairman of the Virginia Recreational Facilities Authority, says the movie titled “Alone Yet Not Alone” had an economic impact to the Roanoke Valley of more than $3 million. Bratton says the movie is a true story about the ordeal of two Pennsylvania farm girls kidnapped in the 1700s. The film will premier this Friday, Saturday and Sunday at Regal Valley View Grande theater. See a trailer for the movie.
