The Roanoke Police Department has identified two individuals involved in a shooting incident at Ashton Heights apartments on September 5th. Detectives obtained warrants for Bryant Chadwick Payne, age 41, of Roanoke, and Corey Anthony Payne, age 39, of Roanoke. Both men are charged with two counts of malicious wounding and using a firearm in the commission of a felony. Neither of these individuals has been served with the warrants. Anyone who knows either of these individuals immediate whereabouts should call 911. They are wanted for shooting 45-year-old Nathaniel Davis, 45, and Jasmine Day, 24.
