Proposal to end governor’s authority to restore felons’ right advances in Richmond

The General Assembly is one step closer toward taking away a Virginia governor’s power to restore felons’ rights. A bitterly-divided State Senate yesterday approved a proposed Constitutional amendment. WFIR’s Evan Jones has the story.
