Hurricanes frequently lead to spikes in gasoline prices. That has not happened with Sandy, and experts say it is not likely to happen in the case of Sandy. If anything, they expect Virginia prices to continue the recent downward trend through the end of the year. WFIR’s Evan Jones has the story.
