New Business Task Force will help set guidelines for reopening the economy

Virginia may be moving towards reopening the economy on a wider scale after Governor Northam announced a “COVID-19 Business Task Force” on Friday. But the numbers have to be there as well. More from WFIR’s Gene Marrano:
