Look for non-essential business shutdown date extension tomorrow

Don’t plan on getting a haircut anytime soon – businesses deemed non-essential are closed now through April 23. But Governor Northam said yesterday that date will likely be extended in to May. More from WFIR’s Gene Marrano:
