Demolition is set to begin within two weeks. The former Glenvar library building is already closed, with limited operations moved to the former Kings Florist Building on West Main Street about a mile and a half away. The new Glenvar Library branch will go up where the old one currently stands. It is scheduled to open in the fall of 2012.
