It’s about the Latino community coming out to celebrate their heritage — but its also held to share traditions and culture with all of Roanoke. You can come celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month at the Latino Festival on Sunday from noon to 5 pm in Elmwood Park. The event is free. WFIR’s Lillian Boyd has more.
