Section of roadway in Roanoke City reopened after fatal crash

Update: Monroe St NW has reopened

Previous :Roanoke City Police say Monroe St NW is closed from Vermont Ave to Tennessee Ave NW due to a fatal crash this morning. One man has died at the scene.
