Roanoke developer Ed Walker’s latest project is one step away from becoming a full house. The Roanoke River House opened in late July, and the building’s manager says the apartments are all spoken for. As for the commercial space, there is just one area left, and an announcement is expected shortly on how it will be used. WFIR’s Evan Jones has the story.
