PREVIOUS: The Bedford County Sheriff’s Office is attempting to locate the runaway juvenile seen in the photo. John Ramsey Finley is 15 years of age, 5’4” and 143lbs. John was last seen on 3/14/21 at approximately 9:00PM at his residence in the Forest area of Bedford County. John Finley was last seen wearing blue jeans, and a black hoodie.
