08/03/16: The Bedford County Sheriff’s Office say Timothy Kilpatrick was found alive at 8:30 this morning. He was transported to the hospital. Further details are expected to be released later this morning.

Bedford County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help locating 18-year-old Timothy Kilpatrick, who is autistic and can’t communicate. Officials say he walked away from his home at 1272 Jopling Road around 2:00 pm yesterday. Kilpatrick is a black male and was last seen wearing a blue shirt, tan shorts and slippers. Anyone who sees Kilpatrick is asked to call 911 immediately.
