A new Virginia specialty license plate is now available for pre-order. The new plate will support education, outreach and partnerships to enhance Virginia’s community trees. The plate features a community skyline enhanced by trees and is designed to raise awareness of community trees. WFIR’s Bob Clark has more on the story.
