The Virginia Sexual and Domestic Violence Action Alliance wants a new license plate to help with fundraising. Virginia Delegate John O’Bannon is on board with the idea and is expected to introduce legislation for the plate during the 2012 General Assembly. News/Talk 960’s Timothy Martin reports.
