Wind energy project developer in Botetourt County wants a permit tweak

The developer behind the proposed wind energy project in Botetourt County is now asking for a tweak to its special exception permit. Local residents can learn more at an open house in Eagle Rock on Monday as WFIR’s Gene Marrano reports:
