Shenandoah artist P. Buckley Moss has died at age 91. Via an online obituary from Faulkner Funeral Home, it’s reported that the artist and philanthropist, of which the Moss Arts Center in Blacksburg is named, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Saturday.
