RICHMOND, Va. (AP) Eight months into the fiscal year, state revenue collections are running slightly ahead of the official forecast. The latest monthly revenue report issued Wednesday shows collections rose 5 percent through February. That’s a little better than the 4.6 percent forecast. WFIR’s Timothy Martin reports.
