State grant to help Virginia Western offer new courses in Rocky Mount

Virginia Western Community College says that a grant from the Tobacco Region Revitalization Commission of $50,000 has helped to expand the class offerings of The Franklin Center in Rocky Mount. More from WFIR’s Clark Palmer:
