Roanoke Police have identified a weekend homicide victim as 36-year-old Rajae Henderson. Police say he was fatally shot Saturday at the Bluestone apartment complex, which is public housing between Plantation Road and Tinker Creek in northeast Roanoke. Police say they are interviewing witnesses who saw Henderson’s encounter with the suspects before the shooting. So far, no word of any arrests.
