The Keagy Village retail development is now scheduled for a trustee’s sale on February 2 — one week from tomorrow. The legal notice is published in today’s Roanoke Times. WFIR’s Evan Jones has more.

She says they were hoping for an announcement soon regarding a new tenant or tenants.
A trustee’s sale does not mean the plaza is closing; Loope notes it could be part of a corporate restructuring. Our calls to Kahn Development have not yet been returned.
