The closing sign has come down from the front door at the popular Froth Coffee House on Starkey Road in Southwest Roanoke County. Manager Michael Carroll is in the final stages of negotiations to purchase Froth but felt good enough about the process to take down the closing sign and inform loyal customers. Froth owners announced suddenly two weeks ago that they would close the doors on February 23rd. (Gene Marrano)
