Foster parents continue to be in high demand

The need for foster parents continues to be at an all time high across the Roanoke Valley. HopeTree Family Services Spokesman Mark Early made a plea for foster parents earlier this year and he’s making another plea now.  WFIR’s Timothy Martin has more.
