The House of Representatives is now considering a bill sponsored by Congressman Morgan Griffith that takes on the Environmental Protection Agency. WFIR’s Evan Jones has the story.

Griffith says the cost of implementation as scheduled will mean lost jobs. Critics say the bill constitutes a “toxic assault” that compromises public health. A vote is currently scheduled for next Tuesday.
