Help Save the Afterprom



Close to 10,000 athletes will compete in the Roanoke-based Coventry Commonwealth Games this coming weekend, but as the games get set to begin, they do not have a title sponsor lined up after this year. More from News/Talk 960’s Evan Jones.

As indicated in this report, we have attempted to contact Coventry Health on several occasions, but none of our calls have been returned. In any event, Commonwealth Games President Peter Lampman says he is optimistic the games will find a new title sponsor, but even if that does not occur, the Commonwealth Games can and will continue in coming years.
