Don Caldwell
Long-time Roanoke City Commonwealth’s Attorney Don Caldwell has made it official: he is entering the 21st State Senate race as an independent. The announcement comes on a Caldwell for Senate web site, and it means there is now a three-way race, as Democratic Senator John Edwards faces challenges from both Caldwell and Republican Nancy Dye.
