The incident goes back to February 4, 2011 at a fund-raising event for Center in the Square. To the surprise of event organizers and 202 Market, one of the “Valentini” bachelors stripped down to nothing, holding only a strategically-positioned bicycle helmet with flowers in front of him.

The ABC Board ruled that even if this was not anticipated, 202 Market was nonetheless responsible for what occurred. Striptease acts are not permitted in Virginia establishments serving mixed drinks.
