Roanoke County School Board Chairman: “dire circumstances” without more state funding in 2014

As they do, Roanoke County’s School Board Chairman says without more state funding next year, the school system faces difficult choices. Jerry Canada says unpopular options might include outsourcing school bus service, cutbacks in technology and perhaps even closing a school. WLNI/WFIR’s Evan Jones has the story.
